Employment Tax Associate Director – Advisory - London

Our client is a leading accountancy firm who is looking for an Associate Director for their Employment Tax team.

In an environment of increasing change and complexity in employment tax, it has never been more important for employers to proactively manage their affairs and ensure they are getting things right, and as such they need knowledgeable trusted tax advisors to assist them. This team works closely with its clients and focuses on advising them on all aspects of employment tax, including (but not limited to):

• Managing employment cost
• Mitigating employment tax risk
• Employment tax strategy
• PAYE / NIC
• Real Time Information and payroll reporting
• Salary sacrifice
• Off-payroll labour
• Expenses and benefits
• Termination payments
• Employment status
• CIS
• Working with HMRC on complex audits /enquiries
• Client training

Their client base is drawn from a broad range of multinational PLCs, UK quoted companies, public sector bodies, OMBs and SMEs across a variety of businesses and industry sectors. 

This role is part of the senior team and as such will involve assisting in the active management and growth of the department.
