Employment Tax Senior Manager - London

Great opportunity to join a highly successful employment tax department within a reputable accountancy firm. This is a new role arising from continued significant wins within the team and consistent ongoing growth.

The Partners are looking for a technically strong safe pair of hands to work closely with them and who they can trust to manage and deliver the new work back at the ranch. The role encompasses the full range of employment tax issues, including negotiation with HMRC on complex enquiries. The team provide a range of compliance and advisory services, ensuring that their clients are aware of and manage their risk appropriately, as well as working with them to ensure they are maximizing efficiencies in their processes.

As part of the team leadership, the role will include assisting in the management of the department, as well as training and supervising more junior members of staff.

The ideal person will have the following attributes:

• UK employment tax technical excellence
• Commercial savvy with the ability to spot opportunities
• Proven project management
• Adept at building client relationships and gaining their trust
• Motivated by delivering a top quality client service
• CTA and / or ACA qualified
