Covid 19 - A message from Cathy

As more and more people are being affected in a myriad of different ways by the impact of Covid 19, it is beyond doubt that we have a crisis on our hands.

Keeping ourselves and others safe has to take precedence.

As a business, we are well prepared. We invested 18 months ago in some of the best IT available and our systems and software, which are cloud based, are robust.

We have had flexible working practices in place for many years and our systems are tried and tested. We can access anything we need remotely. We use a suite of measures enabling us to carry out conference calls and video interviewing. Microsoft Teams allows us to communicate with each other securely and seamlessly. 

Our business model has always been about more than just finding new jobs. People and our relationships with those people, our clients and our candidates, are at the heart of all that we do. We have always enjoyed advising on the wider aspects of the career search or the employment market. Over the coming days and weeks, we’ll post blogs that we hope will be helpful on the changing employment landscape we all find ourselves in.
