Corporate International Associate Director - London

Fabulous high profile role for an ambitious corporate tax professional to develop their career and be instrumental in the continuing growth of a well renowned team. The team advise UK businesses looking to start operations overseas and multinational companies globally on all aspects of their tax affairs.

The main focus of the role is to work closely with clients, existing, new and prospect, to advise on corporate restructuring and planning projects, both in the UK and globally. It will also include complex corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients across the FTSE, AIM, PE backed and privately owned businesses.

Essential attributes are a highly commercial approach, technical excellence and the ability to engage and build strong relationships. As part of the leadership team, you will look to spot opportunities to promote the growth of the department and develop new work, as well as being instrumental in RfPs. You are expected to be ACA and/or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
