Thriving Not for Profit tax team in the South East are looking for someone with portfolio management experience to join them. It is not imperative that you have NfP experience, as long as you have an interest in the area and are happy to specialise.

Your portfolio will encompass both corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a variety of clients, to include the public sector, charities, education providers and housing associations.

You will enjoy working closely with your clients, both to develop your relationship and also get to know them well enough to identify other services that the department and/or firm can offer and support them with. You will very much be part of the management of the team, training and counselling more junior members of staff, as well as working with the leadership to support the strategic direction of the department.

Whilst still a relatively small team, they have been winning lots of new work and as such are growing quickly. This role could suit an experienced Manager, or an Assistant Manager ready to step up. You should be CTA and/or ACA qualified.

The work is broad ranging and there are lots of opportunities to get involved with projects, both within the team and the wider firm.

The role can be based in either Gatwick or Guildford, covering clients across the South East.
