International Tax Specialist - in-house - London

Join this dynamic, fast-scaling global investment firm either as an experienced Senior Manager from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm or direct from another in-house role.

 With operations spanning Asia, Europe, and the UK, the firm is seeking a senior tax professional to lead its international tax operations from the London office. This key role offers exceptional autonomy and visibility, while also collaborating closely with global Finance and Tax teams. The role blends technical depth with cross-border collaboration, automation and strategic insight.

Role Overview:

You’ll work closely with the tax, accounting and finance and tech teams based in the US and across their global offices to:

• Oversee non-U.S. tax compliance and reporting for entities across APAC and EMEA
• Compute income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for all non-US management companies in these jurisdictions
• Manage transfer pricing
• Leverage advisory experience to carry out structuring and tax optimisation discussions and share ideas with local tax service providers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with technology and accounting colleagues to develop automation and process improvement initiatives for compliance and reporting
• Monitor international tax developments and translate them into actionable guidance

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant international tax, specifically within the Investment Management and/or the PE sectors
• A relevant professional qualification
• Strong technical foundation in tax compliance and reporting
• Excellent communication and project management skills 
• A proactive, tech-savvy mindset and attention to detail
