The private client tax team is incredibly busy. New clients keep on coming and existing clients provide plenty of interesting work.

As a manager, you will have ownership of a portfolio, delegating less complex aspects to more junior colleagues, handling and managing complex compliance and getting involved in planning work, especially around residence, succession planning IHT etc. Clients include HNW and UHNW, successful business people, partnerships and trusts.

Client contact is high on the agenda here. There is an experienced admin team to ensure that the basics are taken care off, leaving more time to focus on really getting to know your clients. 

The firm is grown-up in its approach to working practices. Hybrid is the norm and most are in the office 2 days a week. You can tailor this to suit your own circumstances and what works best for your day.
