Lots of interesting work to get stuck in to across a mid-tier client base, including OMBs and PE backed businesses. There will be corporate finance type work, AIM listings and transactions, some employee benefit trusts and due diligence, restricted stock units, a whole raft of secondary type schemes and US inbounds. In short, lots of variety.

It's not a massive team, but does sit within a broader Human Capital offering, so you can call on expat and employment tax professionals as and when their input would be helpful.
